Dels aliments obtenim els nutrients necessaris per a totes les funcions vitals i l\u2019energia que el nostre cos necessita.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Tanmateix, no sempre mengem quan el nostre organisme ho requereix. Moltes vegades recorrem al menjar per alleujar emocions desagradables, gestionar l\u2019estr\u00e8s, combatre l\u2019avorriment o omplir un buit emocional. Aquest comportament es coneix com a <strong>fam emocional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Encara que menjar ocasionalment per motius emocionals forma part de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia humana normal, quan aquesta conducta es converteix en un h\u00e0bit freq\u00fcent pot tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies importants sobre la salut f\u00edsica i psicol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s exactament la fam emocional?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La gana emocional \u00e9s el desig de menjar impulsat per emocions, pensaments o situacions psicol\u00f2giques, i no per una necessitat fisiol\u00f2gica real d\u2019energia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A difer\u00e8ncia de la gana f\u00edsica, que apareix de manera gradual i es pot satisfer amb diferents aliments, la gana emocional sol sorgir de manera sobtada i acostuma a dirigir-se cap a productes concrets, especialment aquells rics en sucre, greixos o sal. El consum d\u2019ultraprocessats agreuja encara m\u00e9s el problema, entre altres motius, perqu\u00e8 estan dissenyats per crear depend\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Entre els desencadenants m\u00e9s habituals de la gana emocional hi trobem l\u2019ansietat, la solitud, la frustraci\u00f3, l\u2019avorriment, els problemes d\u2019autoestima o els conflictes personals. El problema no \u00e9s \u00fanicament la quantitat de menjar ingerida, sin\u00f3 la funci\u00f3 que aquest comen\u00e7a a exercir com a mecanisme per regular les emocions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Per\u00f2 <strong>el problema va molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 des d\u2019un punt de vista fisiol\u00f2gic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Com afecta el nostre organisme?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Augment progressiu de pes:<\/strong> quan es menja per calmar les emocions, se sol rec\u00f3rrer a aliments d\u2019alta densitat cal\u00f2rica i, sovint, de baixa densitat nutricional. \u00c9s f\u00e0cil consumir una gran quantitat de calories en poc temps. M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de tenir un lleu sobrep\u00e8s, el problema \u00e9s l\u2019acumulaci\u00f3 de greix, especialment a la zona abdominal.<\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Major risc de resist\u00e8ncia a la insulina i diabetis tipus 2:<\/strong> quan mengem en exc\u00e9s, el cos allibera grans quantitats d\u2019insulina per processar els sucres. El p\u00e0ncrees es veu sobrecarregat i, a llarg termini, aix\u00f2 pot afectar la sensibilitat a la insulina. Aix\u00f2 significa que aquesta hormona \u00e9s menys eficient i que se n\u2019ha de produir m\u00e9s quantitat per aconseguir el mateix efecte, situaci\u00f3 que constitueix l\u2019avantsala d\u2019una diabetis.<\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Problemes digestius:<\/strong> digestions pesades, inflor abdominal, reflux&#8230; Si mengem molt sovint, no deixem que s\u2019activi el CMM (Complex Migratori Motor), el \u201csistema de neteja de l\u2019intest\u00ed\u201d. Aix\u00f2 pot afavorir l\u2019acumulaci\u00f3 de bacteris i ser l\u2019origen d\u2019un sobrecreixement bacteri\u00e0, entre altres problemes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Inflamaci\u00f3 cr\u00f2nica de baix grau:<\/strong> molts components dels aliments ultraprocessats desequilibren la microbiota intestinal i poden afavorir la inflamaci\u00f3 intestinal.<\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Problemes cardiovasculars:<\/strong> l\u2019ab\u00fas d\u2019aliments rics en greixos saturats i trans, amb grans quantitats de sucre i exc\u00e9s de sodi, pot afavorir l\u2019augment del colesterol LDL i dels triglic\u00e8rids, amb un impacte negatiu sobre la salut cardiovascular.<\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Neuroinflamaci\u00f3:<\/strong> \u00e9s una resposta inflamat\u00f2ria del sistema nervi\u00f3s al cervell que es pot produir perqu\u00e8 determinades subst\u00e0ncies inflamat\u00f2ries procedents de l\u2019intest\u00ed, a trav\u00e9s de la connexi\u00f3 intest\u00ed-cervell, poden travessar la barrera hematoencef\u00e0lica i alterar la regulaci\u00f3 hormonal. Els efectes poden incloure boira mental, manca de concentraci\u00f3, cansament persistent, problemes de mem\u00f2ria i canvis en l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim.<\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Bloqueig metab\u00f2lic:<\/strong> impedeix el correcte equilibri i l\u2019home\u00f2stasi de l\u2019organisme, de manera que es perd flexibilitat metab\u00f2lica. \u00c9s a dir, el cos t\u00e9 m\u00e9s dificultats per utilitzar el greix com a font d\u2019energia i passa a dependre principalment dels sucres.<\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Desregulaci\u00f3 hormonal:<\/strong> certes hormones com la grelina, la leptina o el GLP-1 deixen de funcionar correctament, amb implicacions directes sobre els mecanismes de gana i sacietat, aix\u00ed com sobre la capacitat de cremar greix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">I, l\u00f2gicament, tamb\u00e9 podem parlar de l<strong>\u2019impacte sobre la salut mental:<\/strong> problemes d\u2019autoestima, sensaci\u00f3 de frac\u00e0s, frustraci\u00f3 o ansietat descontrolada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El veritable problema no \u00e9s el menjar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u00c9s important entendre que el problema no acostuma a ser un aliment concret ni menjar un dol\u00e7 de manera ocasional. El risc apareix quan el menjar es converteix en l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia principal per gestionar emocions dif\u00edcils.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">L\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 emocional freq\u00fcent sol indicar que existeixen necessitats emocionals que no estan sent ateses adequadament. \u00c9s la punta de l\u2019iceberg, el s\u00edmptoma, el senyal que hi ha un cos desregulat i un problema de fons que necessita ser abordat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La <strong>conclusi\u00f3<\/strong> \u00e9s clara: la gana emocional \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que un simple problema de for\u00e7a de voluntat. Es tracta d\u2019una conducta complexa en qu\u00e8 intervenen factors psicol\u00f2gics, emocionals i biol\u00f2gics.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Per aquest motiu, abordar \u00fanicament la dieta acostuma a ser insuficient.
